The Role

You will be responsible for managing the full end to end recruitment process for a wide range of roles across the business.

Managing the full process, you will oversee and manage all roles on our Applicant Tracking System, matching people to appropriate jobs, agreeing all recruitment requirements with managers and embed the new starters into our business.

Key areas will include:

  • From the start of the candidate journey you will agree all recruitment requirements with managers.
  • Supporting with drafting adverts to managing the CV process, screening applications and interview arrangements.
  • Process applications, liaising with recruiting manager and tracking progress of all applications and feeding back to applicants
  • Supporting managers with conducting interviews
  • Salary benchmarking roles internally and externally to ensure we remain competitive
  • Agree and monitor agency activity and spend
  • Provide education and guidance to managers on onboarding
  • Support outreach initiatives to enhance employer value proposition
  • Data reporting and analysis
  • Actively headhunting candidates

What are we looking for?

To be successful in this role you will be highly motivated and curious with proven in-house recruitment experience working in a fast-paced environment. Managing large volume recruitment campaigns you will be confident in a wide variety of settings and levels.

You will know that our success is our people, and you will have excellent communication and influencing skills, be a confident decision maker, not afraid to challenge and understand how to build strong relationships across all areas of our business.

Experience with hospitality recruitment will be an advantage.
