We Bring Joy

Joy. Such a simple word.
But its possibilities are endless, and we are
here to bring them to life.

At C&C, joy is at the heart of everything we are and do.

We believe it’s there to be felt, lived, created, and shared. It’s why our purpose is to deliver joy to customers with remarkable brands and service.

From grass to glass

We grow, brew, manufacture, market, and distribute something wonderful that is there to be savoured in life’s big and little moments. With quality at our core and respect for people and planet, we make sure to bring joy to life in only the best and most responsible ways.

By supporting and guiding our family of drinks brands on their journey, we are proud and privileged to be a part of making joy happen.

Our Portfolio of Market Leading Brands

Our owned, agency, invested and route to market brands

Our heritage, skill and passion for brewing means we create a portfolio of some of the industry’s most admired beers and ciders for the UK, Ireland, and export markets across the world.

With an enviable track record of building and growing iconic brands, along with unrivalled distribution capability, some of the world’s best loved brands choose us as their exclusive distributor in the UK and Ireland.

We are always looking for new and innovative drinks brands to invest in and partner with to help grow revenue and distribution. We’re proud to work with brands whose values and ambitions align to our own.

Our route to market brands serve some 30,000 customers across the UK and Ireland with an unrivalled range of owned, agency, and third party drinks brands delivered from our national distribution network on our own fleet of vehicles.

At C&C, our Environmental, Social and Governance (‘ESG’) strategy is directed by our Group purpose of ‘Delivering joy to customers with remarkable brands and service’.

Our structured and ambitious programme of continuous improvement will ensure we meet our ESG vision of ‘Delivering to a better world’.

Optimising our manufacturing facilities

Conservation of energy
From 1 April 2021, 100% of the electricity across our main sites in the UK and Ireland comes from renewable sources, covering c.98% of our electricity use.

On 18 February 2022, Leo Varadkar, Tánaiste and Minister for Enterprise, Trade and Employment in Ireland, officially opened C&C Group’s new Sustainability Project at Clonmel Co. Tipperary. The project includes the installation of the largest rooftop solar panel farm in Ireland, which will reduce the Clonmel site’s carbon emissions by 4%, saving c.290 tonnes of CO₂ per year and almost 10,000 tonnes over the next 20 years. The solar panels also provide up to 10% of electricity used on site.

We’re an experienced and passionate team who care about seeing our brands grow.

We use our know-how and insights to navigate the path ahead and our unrivalled network means we can deliver joy to more places across the UK, Ireland and around the globe. Most importantly, we believe in giving our brands the freedom to be themselves so they can shine.

Our people

We’re proud that our 3,000 colleagues comprise some of the brightest and best talent in our industry. From brewing and logistics, to customer services and sales and everything in between, we want to engage and inspire our colleagues to be the best version of themselves every day and to make C&C a great place to work for everyone!
