YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Working with the supply chains of our clients at Ferovinum, you will be instrumental in driving the efficiency and effectiveness of our operations as we expand globally. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Manage order processing for client shipments, including both domestic and international orders.
  • Take ownership of live incoming orders, addressing exceptions, and escalating issues as necessary.
  • Navigate international customs and excise regulations to ensure smooth shipment processing.
  • Provide client support, addressing inquiries and resolving problems efficiently.
  • Develop and coordinate client accounts with commercial teams to expand usage and enhance customer experience.
  • Identify operational challenges and collaborate with technical teams to develop and implement solutions.
  • Identify potential operational risks and work with the broader team to implement effective mitigation strategies.
