Senior NAM/ Business Manager (TESCO) - UK's fastest growing wine business in the Off Trade

The portfolio includes many of the most recognisable brands in the country that have a very broad consumer appeal. They focus squarely on the consumer and their strong connections with the the people behind them…. Covering Rose, Sparkling, South Africa, Australia and more categories.
The pace will be fast and the atmosphere dynamic (and very rewarding) , and as such we require a resilient, clear thinking and commercially focussed person, preferably from a wine industry background but other drinks categories may be considered.
We need someone with an excellent track record in managing multiple Grocers. Ideally (!) you will be currently selling wine to Tesco and have excellent relationships across the Buying and PDM teams. Please note you MUST have current or very recent experience on a top UK Grocery account. This is essential for our client and we will only be able to engage with candidates on this basis.
You will be managing the account, both in the UK and Republic of Ireland, and responsible for almost a million cases (6x75cl) of wine! 2024 has been an incredible year for our client which certainly bucked the trend in 2024. In addition to the day to may management you will also be expected to work with the Sales Director and MD on the overall account strategy. If you have wine buyer/trading relationships with in other key Off Trade accounts then could also be an advantage in the future.
