About PerfectDraft:

PerfectDraft is one of the fastest growing functions within the wider AB InBev business, delivering the ultimate at-home beer experience to over 250,000 households across the UK. With 18 consecutive months of growth and strong momentum behind the platform, we are recruiting into our team following an internal promotion. This is a high-impact, commercially focused role at the heart of PerfectDraft’s growth—owning key partner relationships, driving revenue initiatives, and shaping how both AB InBev and third-party brands show up on the platform.

 

The Role:

As Partnerships & Merchandise Manager, you will lead the commercial agenda across three core areas: partnership management, merchandise strategy, and megabrand performance. You’ll work cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners to unlock growth, enhance the consumer experience, and maximise commercial value.

 

Duties & Responsibilities:

Partnership Management

  • Act as the commercial lead for third-party brewer relationships (e.g. Hawkstone, Asahi, Thatchers), owning joint business planning and performance tracking
  • Build and execute collaborative trade plans, leveraging investment, merchandising, and social channels to drive mutual growth
  • Partner with portfolio management teams to optimise brand selection, on-platform execution, and performance
  • Lead regular performance reviews with partners, providing insights and clear actions to unlock growth
  • Manage relationships with key experiential partners to ensure strong PerfectDraft presence across communications and activations

 

Merchandise Strategy

  • Own the end-to-end PerfectDraft merchandise business, including P&L accountability and commercial strategy
  • Lead merchandise development across ideation, sourcing, procurement, logistics, and go-to-market execution
  • Collaborate with internal brand teams to integrate PerfectDraft into wider campaign planning
  • Negotiate with third-party suppliers to optimise commercial returns and operational efficiency

 

Megabrand Strategy

  • Own and evolve the PerfectDraft megabrand strategy, driving visibility, share, and volume of AB InBev’s priority brands
  • Deliver performance reporting, sharing insights and recommendations with senior (VP-level) stakeholders
  • Work closely with brand teams to maximise the impact of ATL and BTL campaigns on the platform

 

Who We’re Looking For:

  • Strong relationship-building skills with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Highly commercial mindset with the ability to identify and unlock growth opportunities
  • Detail-oriented and consumer-focused, with a drive for executional excellence
  • Confident communicator, comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders
  • A passion for beer (or willingness to learn quickly)
