Off-Trade National Account Manager

Are you a dynamic and commercially driven National Account Manager with a passion for wine?

In this hands-on role, you’ll take ownership of key Off-Trade accounts, delivering growth in partnership with the UK’s largest grocery retailers to drive both brand performance and long term customer success. This is the perfect opportunity for an experienced grocery NAM – with a strong track record of working with key buyers – looking to work for the category leading English wine producer and make a real impact. You will:

• BUILD WORLD CLASS CUSTOMER PARTNERSHIPS

Play a pivotal role in delivering commercial success with the flawless execution of brand plans and channel strategy across our key customers and developing strategic relationships to create mutual opportunities for growth.

• EXECUTE THE OFF-TRADE CHANNEL GROWTH STRATEGY

Responsible for expanding distribution, strengthening brand presence, and ensuring the successful implementation of channel plans. Managing customer marketing budgets, you’ll maximise visibility and consumer engagement while optimising ROS. With full ownership of customer P&L, you’ll play a key role in delivering against targets to achieve our company goals.

• TURN CUSTOMER DATA INTO ACTIONABLE INSIGHTS

Support customer analysis, creating selling stories for Chapel Down.

Hybrid role based at Head Office, London, with occasional UK travel as required.
