Innovative Italian fine wine company seeks experienced marketing & sales manager

 

Role Overview: We are offering an exhilarating opportunity for a dynamic  Marketing & Sales Manager to spearhead the development and execution of the marketing strategy for the launch of our 2025 Collection. This role is crucial for generating international consumer demand for the NEBBIA E LUCE wines. The ideal candidate will be independent and driven, ready to lead this project from its strategic inception to a successful launch in late September to October.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Independently develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to generate international consumer demand for the 2025 Collection, aligning closely with the company’s strategic objectives.
  • Collaborate directly with the company director to ensure marketing plans are well integrated with broader business goals and the timeline leading up to the collection’s launch.
  • Enhance the company’s digital presence, including overseeing the creation of a new website to facilitate the collection’s launch and direct-to-consumer sales.
  • Design and oversee both digital and traditional marketing campaigns on an international scale, ensuring a cohesive and effective reach.
  • Analyze market data to continuously adapt and refine marketing strategies, ensuring optimal performance and alignment with market trends.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in marketing and sales, ideally within an international context. Candidates should either have a proven track record of independently managing, building, and executing complex marketing projects like this one, or demonstrate the potential to do so.
  • Strong analytical skills and substantial experience with website management and digital marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively under pressure.
  • Marketing experience in publishing, wine, or field related to artisanal fine products.
  • Fluent in English; knowledge of Italian is a plus but not essential.

Work Environment: This role offers a hybrid work model, as a senior member of a very small team, with the flexibility to work from home combined with the necessity to attend meetings and work sessions as required.

Contractual and Salary Details:

  • Full-time position.
