About the role
Reporting to the Global Director of Strategic Talent & Employee Experience, you will play a key role in shaping a thriving, high-performing workplace. Partnering with business leaders across the region and the global P&C network, you’ll drive initiatives that enhance employee engagement, development, and culture—creating a seamless ‘One TWE’ experience.
- Be a trusted advisor to senior leaders, providing HR leadership and insights that drive business success.
- Lead and execute key people programs, ensuring alignment with global and regional strategies.
- Champion an employee-centric culture by embedding initiatives that enhance engagement, well-being, and career growth.
- Support change management, organisational transformation, and strategic workforce planning to future-proof talent.
- Continuously improve HR processes, policies, and tools to streamline efficiency and enhance the employee experience.
- Oversee employee relations and compliance, ensuring adherence to employment laws and risk frameworks.
About you
You’re an experienced HR leader with a strong commercial mindset and a passion for shaping high-performing, people-centric cultures. With a proven ability to influence senior leaders and drive strategic initiatives, you thrive in dynamic environments and bring deep expertise in HR best practices, compliance, and organisational change.
- Degree in Business Administration, HR, or a related field; CIPD or similar qualification preferred.
- Extensive HR experience, including business partnering and advising senior leaders across the EMEA region.
- Strong track record in driving business performance through strategic HR initiatives.
- Expertise in employee relations, compliance, and organisational design.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, influence stakeholders, and drive change.
- Experience leading People & Culture initiatives across the EMEA region, as part of a global business
