Based out of our central London office, with its own production studio and rooftop bar, we will work hand in hand with global and local marketing teams to develop top notch creative work.

 

The Role:

The Events & Partnerships Specialist will help deliver partnership projects across EMEA and beyond for our global and local beer brands.

 

Reporting to the Mega Platforms (Brand Partnership) Manager or Lead, you will be responsible for excellent delivery of administrative tasks linked to the smooth functioning and management of our sponsorships and partnership assets.

 

This role has a unique opportunity to work with and get huge exposure to various functions within AB InBev; from the wider Marketing teams, Sales, Trade Marketing as well as global marketing stakeholders and global analytics centre. You will be a key point of contact for the business when organising and project managing the platform project leading up to and during the event. You will also track budget and results for the smooth reporting and analysis of the platforms performance.

 

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the set-up and management of platform PMO including RACI, roles & responsibilities, action log, and deliverables to ensure execution timeline is met.
  • Working with experiential agencies and internal stakeholders on execution plans, approvals.
  • Managing financial tracking and ensure budget plan is executed as aligned with stakeholders. As well as providing regular visibility and tracking, flagging any issues well in advance for resolution.
  • Managing data collection for Sponsorship ROI – working with global teams to provide data inputs, at the right times, with the right contacts internally.
  • Ad-hoc support for Mega Platforms Manager or Lead on tasks linked to the smooth running of European Partnerships / Sponsorships.

 

 

Who We’re Looking For:

Highly organized, passionate about smooth processes and love working with and speaking to lots of different people? Perfect! We’re after a truly skilled candidate that is looking to make an impact in our team. You should be curious, pro-active, and excited about the breadth of experiential and sponsorship projects and partners that you will be exposed to.

  • 2-3 years’ experience in a client services / project management role or similar
  • An exceptional attention to detail with a proven track record of flawless delivery of projects/processes
  • Experience of setting up / working with online platforms
  • Experience in working with a large and diverse mix of people
  • Ability to travel & be on-site for up to 4 weeks at a time throughout the year
  • Experience managing varying levels of stakeholders
