The Role:

The role of E-Commerce executive is to help support and implement the ecommerce strategy across Camden Town Brewery and Perfect Draft teams. It’s a great opportunity for someone to join a dynamic part of the business which is growing and has exciting opportunities in 2026. This role will have a special focus on CRM as well as general ecommerce support.

 

Duties & Responsibilities:

Given the fast-moving nature of the role and the brands, exact responsibilities can and will evolve over time. However, the following represents the key activities expected:

  • CRM Management – Own production: builds and deploys daily emails and app pushes. Maintains with data uploads. Feeds into AB trials and executes. Executes pre-defined audience filters.
  • Data & Reporting – Pulls weekly top-level KPIs (CTR, CVR, unsubscribe, deliverability) and builds dashboards.
  • Ad Hoc Campaigns / Activations – Supports where necessary.
  • Working with the team to deliver volume sales – You will be responsible for delivering the Ecommerce budget in both volume and net revenue implementing changes to achieve the growth necessary to reach targets.
  • Webstore Logistics – Placing orders on SAP. Organizing deliveries and collections of beer, merchandise and packaging.
  • Webstore Invoicing – End to end monthly process of reconciling the goods delivered in vs sales out.

 

Who We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in CRM creation and management
  • Experience in placing orders and managing logistics flows
  • Understanding and executing brand tone of voice across different touchpoints
  • Able to handle pressure, work with agility and under tight deadlines
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams
  • Raising credits and POs

 

Nice to have:

  • Previous experience of Shopify/ Magento
  • Previous experience on SAP
  • Knowledge of Klaviyo / other CRM platform
