About the role

We have a unique opportunity within our Penfolds Team for a Brand & Customer Marketing Manager. Reporting to the Head of Marketing – Daou International, this role is responsible for regional & local market brand development of Daou International across UK, Europe & MEA.

Some of the responsibilities of this role include:

  • Develop and execute paid media, PR & influencer marketing plans to increase brand awareness & positive brand reputation to drive recruitment & consumer engagements with the brand.
  • Build On Premise, Off Premise and E-Commerce (if any) programs into a comprehensive, integrated marketing plan
  • Plan and execute flawless brand events across relevant projects or campaigns. This includes media, consumers and trade events.
  • Align customer marketing initiatives with key commercial stakeholders and external partners (distributors & trade customers) through annual joint business planning process
  • Manage market level P&L with relevant Commercial stakeholders, including volume & value targets for specific programs, A&P budgeting, and PO management.
  • Adapt global marketing toolkits, brand content and assets to build relevant programs for the region and local markets.

 

About you

We are looking for someone who has previous experience in Brand & Customer Marketing, ideally within an FMCG environment.

  • Luxury brand management and trade marketing experience preferred, minimum 5+ years in the related business environment
  • Strategic thinker that can see beyond the day-to-day grind to help reach marketing and sales goals, create a stronger brand, and improve the brand experience
  • Experience creating and executing marketing campaigns and programs that drive sell through and depletions
  • Strong project management & planning skills; excellent time-management skills and ability to multi-task while managing cross functional demands
  • Ability to build, manage and maintain effective stakeholder relationship, experience in managing agencies
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of individuals
