Vineyard Operative

We have exciting opportunities for proactive and capable Vineyard Operatives to join our dedicated viticulture team in Kent locations including Tenterden, Ashford, Hawkhurst and Maidstone. This role offers the opportunity to be part of the fastest-growing sector in UK agriculture and the flourishing UK wine industry and plays a vital role in our success.

This varied team role is primarily based outdoors and involves a mix of seasonal tractor-based and hands-on tasks associated with vine and vineyard husbandry as well as overall care and maintenance of the estate assets.

About you

This role is ideal if you are an enthusiastic individual with a love for outdoors and a keen interest in viticulture. You will be a key member of the team, ideally with experience operating agricultural machinery and equipment with good awareness of Health and Safety requirements. PA1, PA2 or PA3 spray certification is preferred but training can be given.

Reliability and a flexible approach to working hours with a desire for working outdoors is essential.
