If you’ve got at least one year of experience working closely with major retailers, this is your chance to manage key customer relationships, create exciting campaigns, and help bring our award-winning brands to life. What you’ll do:

Reporting to the Senior Trade Marketing Manager your primary duties will include:

• Own and manage Convenience, Wholesale, and On-Trade customer relationships.

• Develop and deliver AV marketing and shopper activation plans, ensuring alignment with brand strategies.

• Collaborate with shopper marketing teams and agencies to deliver high-quality creative executions.

• Manage online visibility, ensuring a best-in-class presence (e.g., Brandbank).

• Oversee artwork briefs and campaign bookings, ensuring alignment with retailer guidelines.

• Execute and review shopper marketing activations, capturing insights for continuous improvement.

• Partner with internal and external stakeholders for seamless campaign execution.

• Manage budgets, reporting on campaign performance, and contribute to broader brand objectives.

• Identify areas for process improvement and contribute to the development of innovative marketing strategies.

About you:

• You’ve got at least one year of experience in Trade or Shopper Marketing, ideally working closely with major retailers.

• You’re eager to develop and grow, bringing fresh ideas and energy to the team.

• You thrive in fast-paced environments, managing multiple priorities with ease.

• Building strong relationships and communicating clearly is second nature to you.

• You’re organised, detail-focused, and comfortable managing budgets and timelines.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
