Beavertown began life 11 years ago in a tiny BBQ joint in Haggerston, North London. In 2020 we opened BEAVERWORLD, our Out of this World brewery & mothership in Ponders End. Alongside our Lockwood Brewery in Tottenham Hale and our micro-brewery at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium we have the capacity to brew a staggering 90 million pints a year.

The Role
Fancy joining an innovative company where you’ll coordinate and support logistic customer service with our 3PL stock 3rd party sites? You’ll be responsible for everything from proactive coordination and administration with our stock at 3rd party sites. You’ll use your planning and accuracy skills to ensure that our tasty beer has the correct stock levels to be drank on Earth.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Managing prompt and effective communication with our 3PL stock 3rd party sites, ensuring exceptional service with planning, to make stock accuracy Out Of This World
  • Lead on being the main contact on all transport requests to ensure seamless operations
  • Check in on stock health, to continuously maintain optimal inventory stock levels
  • Accurately organising and updating all data and databases including planners and trackers
  • Partner with stakeholders to show transparency and visibility on all proactive communication relating to transport, schedules and deliveries
  • Coordinate performance metrics to identify successes and improvements
  • Keep a close eye on opportunities for improvements and proactively solve potential issues
  • Partner with teams supporting end to end logistics operations
  • Managing all timely and accurate submission of transport documentations
  • Import / export HMRC – all compliance regulatory standards accurately completed on time
  • Supporting all transport and safety practices and process, ensuring compliant
  • Ensuring system testing and performance and integrated, productive and efficient

What You’ll Bring To Us

  • Previous examples in the logistic industry with SAP
  • Accuracy / Efficiency / Compliance / Inventory Health
  • Previous examples of handling multiple stock admin tasks
  • Experience excelling in an ever-changing stock management environment, prioritising effectively and always meeting deadlines
  • Strong skills in all Microsoft package
  • First class communication skills with experience partnering with multiple stakeholders
  • Your passion for the industry and the Beavertown brand
