Sommelier – Fawsley Hall Hotel & Spa
The role of a Sommelier at Fawsley Hall Hotel & Spa involves managing an exceptional wine experience for guests, ensuring the hotel’s wine list reflects both quality and diversity. The sommelier will advise guests and colleagues on wine selections that complement the restaurant’s menus, provides knowledgeable tableside service, and supports the dining team with wine training and recommendations. Responsibilities also include maintaining the wine cellar, liaising with suppliers, monitoring stock levels, and helping to design wine pairings and special events that enhance the overall guest experience and uphold the hotel’s luxury hospitality standards.
This is a full-time role working 5 days out of 7 including weekends on a rota basis, 40 hours per week, which may vary depending on business.
