Position Overview: Sales Support

Vinexus is currently expanding its sales team and offers an exciting opportunity in a sales support role within our dynamic team. We are seeking an enthusiastic, intelligent, and highly organised individual to provide essential support to our sales team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining a positive and professional image of Vinexus through excellent sales support services and must be able to operate successfully in a fast-paced work environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-class sales support, including answering phone calls and responding to emails promptly.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and process orders using our bookkeeping programme ‘Sage 50 Accounts’.
  • Communicate directly with suppliers and customers to maintain seamless relations.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to organise company events and participation in tastings.
  • Assist in managing orders and logistics for efficient operations.
  • Report directly to the Commercial Director within the sales team.

Requirements:

  • Minimum C1/C2 level language proficiency in Italian and a good level in English.
  • Previous experience in a customer service or order processing role is preferable.
  • Comprehensive IT abilities, particularly in using Excel. Ability to quickly learn new systems is essential.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, coupled with exceptional organisational skills.
  • Reliable, positive, and pro-active, with the ability to prioritise and take ownership of tasks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure.
  • Basic knowledge of wine.
