What are we looking for in our Restaurant Manager:

Our Restaurant Manager will be responsible for the smooth running of the Crown and play an important role in developing and directing the team, realising the team’s potential having a true understanding of motivating and inspiring.

As Restaurant Manager, you will work closely with the management team to ensure the highest standards of service and customer excellence is maintained to delight our customers every time.

You will have great communication and organisation skills and be comfortable in a variety of settings.  With previous proven experience of working in a busy environment you will lead from the front and understand fully all areas of operations.

To be successful you will have a proven hospitality background, managed a team and have leadership skills to inspire and motivate.
