About the Role
The Opportunity
We’re looking for an experienced Procurement Manager to join our focused procurement team and help shape how we source the critical materials that keep our Ellon manufacturing operation running at its best. This is a high-impact role, giving you the opportunity to manage significant supplier relationships, influence operational strategy, and deliver commercial value across packaging and ingredients categories.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage end-to-end procurement across a supplier portfolio with annual spend of approximately £40 million, primarily across packaging and ingredients.
- Build strong, performance-led partnerships with suppliers and lead BrewDog’s supplier development programme.
- Work closely with stakeholders across the business to identify opportunities, improve performance, and deliver cost benefits.
- Embed sustainability into supply chain decision-making and supplier conversations.
- Champion innovation across products, services, and ways of working.
- Collaborate with procurement colleagues across the wider Tilray business to identify opportunities to use our combined scale effectively.

- Procurement colleagues across BrewDog and the wider Tilray business.
- Ensure that Health and Safety guidelines and fire regulations are strictly adhered to at all times.
- Comply with safe working practices as defined by BrewDog.
- Complete online or face to face training as and when required.
- Take reasonable care for your own health and safety and that of others who may be affected by acts or omissions at work.
- Report any accidents, incidents or near misses as soon as reasonably practicable.
- Be aware of and adhere to BrewDog policies and the Workplace Code at all times.
- Take part in crew reviews throughout the year.
- Cooperate with other BrewDog departments to achieve a great experience for our customers, applicants, colleagues, and contractors.
- Attend training courses and complete online training modules as required to meet the requirements of the role.
- Take responsibility for own personal development, seeking out opportunities to learn new skills.
- Undertake any other duties as requested which are reasonably deemed to be within the scope of the role or necessary for the smooth running of the business.

ABOUT YOU
About You
What We’re Looking For
You’ll bring substantial experience in a similar procurement role, with a strong background in direct procurement categories. Experience in FMCG, food, drink, or manufacturing environments would be particularly valuable.
A CIPS qualification is desirable, and a degree or equivalent academic qualification would be beneficial.
Your Experience and Strengths
You’ll be confident managing categories, developing supplier relationships, and delivering measurable commercial outcomes.
You’ll also be comfortable working cross-functionally, leading projects, and helping to deliver change in a fast-paced operational environment.
