We’re excited to welcome enthusiastic, practical team players to join us for the 2026 harvest. This role is energetic, hands‑on, and deeply collaborative, supporting the creation of high‑quality juice and wine while maintaining excellent winery standards. As part of our harvest team, you’ll be right at the heart of the wine making process – working alongside our winemakers to keep everything running seamlessly.
Contracts will be zero hours for the duration of 2026 harvest, typically 2 months but can vary. Shifts may include long days, nights, and weekends.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys practical, varied work, thrives in a team environment, and is excited to be part of the energy and intensity of harvest.
What you’ll be doing:
- Winery sanitation – cleaning and maintaining tanks, equipment, and work areas to high hygiene standards
- Fruit reception – assisting with press loading and unloading during intake
- Transfers and racking – supporting the movement of juice and wine between vessels
- Additions and inoculations – preparing and carrying out additions as directed by the winemaking team
- Juice enrichment and tank mixing
- Red wine cap management – assisting with pump-overs and related tasks
- Barrel work – including filling and general handling
- Basic laboratory tasks to support fermentation monitoring
- Maintaining winery standards – upholding cleanliness, safety, and operational standards throughout harvest
What we’re looking for:
- Previous harvest experience is helpful but not essential – full training is provided
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Physical capability – able to lift 16kg regularly and comfortable working at height
- Strong team player with a focus on accuracy and detail
- Flexibility with hours – able to work long shifts, nights, and weekends as required
- Own transport and accommodation due to the nature of the role
- Forklift certification is an advantage but not required
- Right to work in the UK
