What are we looking for?
As our Export Cordinator your main responsibilities include:
- Provide information and guidance to customers, transporters and agents regarding export procedures and logistical information, ensuring customer experience consistently meets expectations, and acting as an ambassador of the Adnams brand.
- Manage incoming orders, allocate and transfer stock, and process and ship sample orders using customer ERP and logistics systems.
- Create and supply export documentation (e.g., bills of lading, certificates of origin, commercial invoices) to ensure accuracy and compliance with international trade regulations as required by country or customer to ensure timely export and import and keep up to date with HMRC legislation.
- Accurately maintain keg deposit systems and credits for returns.
- Liaise with customers, distributors, agents and Adnams logistics teams to coordinate order collections or deliveries.
- Support forecasting procedures to ensure 100% availability to meet customer demand while avoiding overstocks that may result in stock becoming short-dated.
- Research country and products requirements to ensure compliance with the rules of doing business overseas.
- Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system, ensuring interactions and updates are logged to support effective relationship management.
The successful candidate will have proficiency in using ERP and logistics systems. They will have excellent communication skills and have the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast paced environment. Knowledge of export procedures and HMRC legislation would be beneficial.
