E-Commerce Executive
We are looking for a talented E-Commerce Executive to join our team. This is a full-time role, perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic and fast paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive online sales through strategic digital marketing and social media campaigns.
- Boost brand visibility to attract new customers and increase conversion rates to sustained revenue.
- Enhance the customer shopping experience, focusing on both profitability and market share.
- Create and update engaging website content, including product descriptions and images, using the latest SEO techniques.
- Act as the primary contact for our e-commerce partners.
- Monitor web analytics to provide data-driven recommendations for site performance and customer engagement.
- Collaborate with the web development team to implement new features and technological improvements.
- Ensure compliance with online retail laws including data protection and privacy regulations.
- Stay informed on the latest e-commerce trends, best practices and emerging technologies.
- Develop content for social media and assist with email marketing efforts.
You’ll have:
- A strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, email marketing and social media advertising.
- Experience with Word Press and Mailchimp is highly beneficial.
- A good mix of technical skills and commercial acumen.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- A self-motivated, reliable individual with a ‘can-do’ attitude.
- Strong organisational skills and a meticulous eye for detail.
