As Commercial Marketing Manager Ecommerce you will be responsible for driving effective execution of brand experiences in line with consumer demand occasions, shopper insights, data analytics & channel objectives to drive customer, category and BSI brand growth.

As an Ecommerce expert and leading one direct report, you will play a key role in ensuring our brands are brought to life for consumers across the channel and its diverse customer mix, ensuring our activations build our brands while delivering commercially for the organisation.

Role Responsibilities

– Deliver executions which reflect the customer and shopper needs and are strategically tailored across the path to purchase, working with external suppliers to achieve this where necessary

– Ensure the implementation and execution of the Commercial Marketing Strategy across Ecomm channel aligning with other heads of channel along the way.

– Build a suite of digital assets to deploy with key customer creating a digital playbook for our portfolio of brands

– Lead your team to create KPI’s, campaign reviews and implement test & learn methodology to all campaigns to continually optimise and show a clear return on investment

– Work closely with the Insights & Reporting Manager to devise and deliver campaigns built on relevant insights and data that touch our target consumers

– Oversee the brand investment budget to deliver on/off trade & digital media, demonstrating a strong knowledge of finance management (e.g. forecasting and P&L management).

– Management of one Commercial Marketing Executive (Digital & Ecomm) providing professional support/coaching to ensure they have potential to grow their career at Suntory Global Spirits, and the professional tools they need to succeed

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years digital/ecommerce experience in FMCG, Spirits/Drinks industry preferred
  • Well-developed leadership & coaching with proven team leadership and management experience
  • Strong knowledge of the digital and Ecommerce landscape
  • Experience in leading teams
  • High level of strategic, conceptual and data analytics skills
  • Strong communicator with the ability to influence at all levels internally, externally and cross-functional
  • Demonstrates experience in driving change management and business performance
  • Demonstrates high levels of adaptability, flexibility with regard to new challenges and the use of new networks and entrepreneurial skills
