Admin and Sales Assistant
Role Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Admin and Sales Assistant who will support every aspect of administration and play a crucial role in the sales process. This position involves close collaboration with the Sales Manager and requires a proactive approach to managing our sales operations, client relations, and promotional activities internationally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in creating and distributing weekly sales offers.
- Maintain and develop client relationships.
- Support international sales operations and manage sales tasks increasingly autonomously.
- Coordinate logistical aspects of international sales.
- Manage public relations activities.
- Help organize small high-end events and promotional activities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience in administrative roles, ideally within a sales context.
- Familiarity with the Wine Owner’s Wine Hub platformor similar ERP system is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a small team and under pressure.
- Fluent in English. Knowledge of Italian is a plus, but not essential.
Work Environment: This role offers a hybrid work model, with the flexibility to work from home combined with the necessity to attend meetings and work sessions as required.
