This role will provide support across all marketing projects, campaigns, and initiatives for the UK team, which will give a great insight into the world of Sales and Marketing at Suntory Global Spirits. This is a new role that an individual can make their own and be an integral part of a winning and inclusive team.
Role Responsibilities
Support for the Marketing and Commercial Marketing teams – focus and priorities mirror the commercial activity calendar.
Core responsibilities:
• Set up an own a process for sample stock to be managed- being signed in and out.
• Assist with the management of POS and inventory stock takes.
• Support internal marketing events.
• Supporting external key commercial marketing events including invites and ticket management
• Liaise with agencies and provide documentation/imagery/files.
• Agency guest management for meeting arrivals
• Global Brand House visitors On Trade ‘Gemba’ coordination
General
• Partner with PA to managing Director with large internal event organisation.
• Support with effective diary management for key meetings across Marketing and commercial Marketing
• General administrative duties to support Marketing and Commercial Marketing Directors including and complex travel and logistics planning.
Qualifications
• Experience supporting marketing, commercial marketing or sales teams in a similar role
• Knowledge or interest in the spirits industry
• Knowledge of London (accounts, accommodation, transportation etc)
• Excellent Communication, Planning and Organization skills
• Team Player – Ability to build rapport and effective working relationships
• Problem solving and proactive – taking accountability for tasks with a“Can do” attitude
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong organisation and prioritisation of tasks
• Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
• Capacity to manage issues and escalate appropriately.
• MS office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Ability to think broadly and creatively.
