We are currently looking for a Wine and Spirit Buying Assistant to join our team.

The responsibilities of the Wine and Spirit Buying Assistant are:
- Assist with wine and spirit procurement.
- Assist with day-to-day beverage operations, goods-in and problem solving.
- Assist with sales and stock analysis and price reviews.
- Working with restaurant Sommeliers for stock ordering and transfers.
- Effective and meticulous updating of listing, costing and EPOS.
The Experience & Qualifications required of our Wine and Spirit Buying Assistant are:
- Experience in hospitality or wine and spirits trade preferable
- Ideally WSET Level 2 minimum
- Ability to quickly build strong working relationships with operational teams
- Strong and effective communication skills
- Full working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Excellent attention to detail
The Working Hours
- Monday – Friday and between 9am – 6pm, based in Mayfair, London
The club is closed on Sundays, Bank Holidays and throughout Christmas each year.
