Vineyard Supervisor - Kent

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced, motivated Vineyard Supervisor to join our dedicated viticulture team.

As Vineyard Supervisor, you will work closely with the Vineyard Manager and provide support to the wider vineyard team. A comprehensive understanding of the seasonal work required to produce premium quality grapes for sparkling wine – and the challenges of growing wine grapes in the UK – is essential. This role is responsible for ensuring work is completed safely, within time and budget constraints and consistently to required standards.

About you

We are seeking candidates with extensive vineyard experience, capable of effectively managing large teams of labour. Good knowledge and safe operations of vineyard machinery and equipment is key with the ability to recognise symptoms of key diseases and nutrient deficiencies.

PA1, PA2 and PA3 spray certification is preferable, along with a thorough understanding of the requirements of Health & Safely in the workplace including experience in producing risk assessments.
