TEAM ASSISTANT MARKETING STRATEGY AND OPERATIONS - LONDON

Your Opportunity
  • You will be part of the Global Marketing team who guide the development of our Global Iconic Brands and key Markets around the world. Reporting to the SVP of Marketing Strategy and Operations.
  • You will be the team coordination, responsible for budget tracking, preferred vendors relationship and the Global SIA Share Point / TEAMS library.
  • This is about supporting the team to have a more effective and common approach to store and share projects and learnings among the whole SIA community.

With Our Consumer At The Heart Your Key Focus Will Be:
  • Personal Assistant for SVP Marketing Strategy and Operations and SIA VP’s
    • Book and coordinate Travel, external meetings, process Expenses Reports.
    • Manage the calendar of SVP Marketing Strategy and Operations and SIA VP’s
  • Team Coordinator
    • Support the SIA Global Team meetings, to coordinate agendas, set the venue and some social gatherings within the SIA team.
  • Budget Tracking and Preferred Vendor Relationships
    • Create, and Follow-up Purchase Order’s (PO’s) and Invoices within the Global SIA Budget, ensuring compliance with Finance Processes.
    • Set-up and Manage New Vendors and Preferred Vendors in compliance with Finance and Procurement Processes.
  • SIA Share Point / TEAM Library Management
    • Develop a Standard Process to store and share documents, key meeting recordings and other key documents within a Single online tool that ensure availability for everyone.

 

The Skills And Experience Needed To Create Your Legacy:
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Outlook, Teams and iCloud tools.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Agenda management, project management
  • Genuine curiosity and desire to learn about data and analytics applied to marketing.
