About the role

You will be joining a high performing supply chain team based at our Twickenham office (hybrid working, 3 days in the office each week). Reporting to the EMEA Head of Planning, Network and Projects Supply in this Supply Chain Projects Lead role, you will Manage and/or support key strategic projects with Europe & UK regions, from planning phases through to post implementation support. You will also establish and lead business optimisation programs to adopt global standards, define and adopt best practices to drive process improvement and operational efficiencies. You will also be responsible for data analytics to ensure it is consistent with TWE’s data & analytics strategy.

Other responsibilities will include:

  • Support network development decisions across the Supply Chain
  • Develop and manage highly complex end to end projects including all aspects of project and change management plans across multiple projects simultaneously (DRS, Duty alcohol reform implementation, Supplier moves etc)
  • Build and maintain a business optimisation program encompassing different workstreams ie: process improvement, operating/cost efficiencies etc.
  • Build and maintain key cyclical reviews for the region to optimise supply base – MPF consolidation, portfolio management, production locations, network/customer mapping
  • Drive standardisation of processes across the Supply function to enable ability to leverage global expertise
  • Key data analytics expert within Europe Supply to drive requirements and utilisation of BI tools that support the needs of the wider region encompassing France, Italy & UK

About you

We are looking for someone who has strong end to end Supply Chain understanding and experience alongside high levels of numerical competence. You will have previous experience in Project Management and managing multiple key projects simultaneously.

  • Project management qualifications (PRINCE2/APM PFQ etc) are advantageous
  • High Proficiency in data analytics, BI, Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Experience in global initiatives / programs, working with teams and delivering key projects with English as second language
  • Proven ability to identify and simplify complex problems and data to develop and implement clear business solutions
  • High expertise in dealing with ambiguity, complexity and working in fast paced change environments
  • Excellent verbal and communication skills and ability to work across multiple functions and regions
