Key Purpose Statement:
The Supply Chain Executive (Draught Equipment) is responsible for the effective operational delivery of the AUK draught dispense equipment supply. This role supports the installation and maintenance program, through the management and delivery of stock for dispense equipment to AUK’s customers, appointed service provision and In-House technical representatives ensuring delivery within budget and achievement of service and quality KPI’s.
The role is key to ensuring complete customer and consumer satisfaction at the point of dispense for Asahi UK draught products. This will be achieved through effective and professional levels of service delivery in line with budget through building strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders alike, creating a culture of continuous improvement.
Key Accountabilities:
The Draught Equipment Executive is responsible for the following key outputs and accountabilities:-
Forecasting, Planning, and Delivery:
- Work with Equipment Supply Partner (ESP) to ensure stock levels are maintained to the defined levels by analysing current stock against demand.
- Monitor orders to ensure they are expedited in a timely manner, delivered within expected Service Levels.
- Responsible for working with the AUK On Trade Sales and AUK Operations teams to ensure an accurate equipment forecast is maintained to deliver the installation program.
- Reacting to service demands ensuring appropriate equipment levels are in place to support installation and maintenance activity considering seasonal variances.
- Review stock levels at third party service providers and direct storage locations against the demand plan and action and build an action plan with ESP to mitigate discrepancies.
- Manage and deliver the Special Order process for AUK and Nectar on Trade Sales teams by validating then processing orders and communicating the budget position to stakeholders.
- Provide data to support collaboration and improvement of the entire order lifecycle.
Budget and Cost Control:
- Responsible for supporting the delivery of the P&L relating to the Draught Technical Equipment budget by applying an efficient, just-in-time, delivery schedule and proposing and agreeing on corrective / development actions with the Draught Equipment Supply Manager.
- Analysis of spend data to provide insights and actions that will improve business performance
- Responsible for raising and gaining approval of relevant Purchase Orders and provision of data to be included in the month-end summary process.
- Asset and Inventory Management
- Responsible for ensuring dispense equipment controls and processes are robust and clearly communicated to AUK’s third-party technical services provider.
- Provide a clear and accurate picture of inventory including forecast usage and equipment orders in all locations including AUKs Service Providers.
- Ensuring all equipment movements, either by the AUK In- House Technicians or Outsourced service providers, are accurately recorded within CRM.
- Work with the Draught Equipment Manager to achieve optimised stock holding through accurate forecasting.
Customer Service and Support:
- Be the central point of contact for queries relating to orders, stock availability and delivery.
- Lead the delivery of the equipment supply to achieve dispense service metrics for all AUK installation and maintenance serviced customers (sales and outlets) by coordinating the delivery of the equipment from the respective suppliers, sales and finance on a day-to-day basis.
- Ensure all touchpoints for equipment supply customers are clean and efficient and to the
- required standards measured through agreed metrics. This includes aspects such as On-Time in full and Right First Time.
- Responsible for continuous improvement of equipment supply through the review of customer feedback; deal directly with specific service recovery issues & drive process and support improvements where appropriate to deliver premium equipment supply service support to customers.
- Manage ad-hoc equipment requests using the ESP or Equipment Suppliers to deliver a solution within the required timeline and budget.
General:
- Project management of ad hoc dispense related projects e.g. supply of equipment for multiple group installations, events and dispense rebranding ensuring effective delivery of equipment to meet the required demand and budgeted cost targets.
Experience Required:
- Working in an FMCG multi-functional environment
- Ability to provide clear and concise communication appropriate to all levels within the business
- Build and maintain positive working relationships supporting the delivery of services to internal and external customers
- Excellent PC skills: advanced user of Excel (Pivots and formulas), Power BI, proficient in Word & PowerPoint
- Experience in a customer service or operational role managing large volumes of work orders within an FMCG environment
- Customer or supplier relationship management experience
- Knowledge and experience in the Drinks or Beer Industry will be an advantage
- Managing system and process development projects
- Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and experience in identifying and implementing system developments is an advantage.
