| MAIN PURPOSE: |
The sales co-ordinator will report directly to the Sales Logistics Manager to provide support to the Sales team. |

This role will be responsible for providing first class sales co-ordination, ensuring that orders are taken and processed in a professional, accurate and timely manner. You will provide a best-in-class service to our customers that always fosters a positive and professional image for the Nyetimber Wine & Spirits Group. |

| RESPONSIBILITIES: |
- Support the Sales Logistics Manager with all incoming sales enquiries and orders, ensuring accurate processing of all sales orders received by phone or email.
- Assist in delivering an exceptional aftersales service by maintaining strong relationships with key customers, managing enquiries, and taking ownership of complaints to resolve them efficiently and appropriately.
- Act as a primary point of contact for all sales administrative tasks and orderrelated enquiries.
- Process all UK orders promptly and follow up on aftersales or delivery issues as required.
- Provide timely and accurate information internally and externally regarding product pricing, availability, delivery schedules, and deadlines.
- Communicate with the distillery regarding any specific order or delivery requirements.
- Issue customer invoices in a timely and accurate manner.
- Coordinate and monitor sample stock usage, manage FOC forms, and process related requests.
- Provide general administrative support to the wider Sales team as needed.
- Assist the warehouse team with processing orders and optimising truck and container loads.
- Manage and process all eventrelated order requests, working closely with distillery and events teams.
- Work closely with the Sales Logistics Manager and International Sales Coordinator to track the allocation of limited wine stocks in line with agreed plans.
- Monitor POS stock levels and ensure that all POS requests from Sales Managers, Accounts, and Events teams are fulfilled promptly.
- Ensure all orders are fully compliant with documentation and certification requirements, delivered accurately and on time.
- Proactively create, develop, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and “HowTo” guides.
- Ensure that SKU information sheets are consistently accurate and up to date.
- Provide cover for the International Sales Coordinator during periods of absence.
- Undertake any other duties commensurate with the role or as reasonably requested by management.

| QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE: |
- Experience using SAGE software is desirable.
- Proven background in sales administration or logistics coordination, ideally within the wine and/or spirits industry.
- Familiarity with sales and inventory management systems, with handson experience in maintaining stock levels and processing orders accurately.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional customer service, handling enquiries and complaints professionally within a fastpaced SME environment.
- Strong administrative capabilities, including order processing, stock management, and CRM database maintenance.
- Previous experience or working knowledge of the wine, beverage, or hospitality sector is an advantage.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, meet deadlines, and handle high volumes of data with precision.
- Experience collaborating with internal teams (Sales, Finance, Warehouse) and external stakeholders to ensure smooth sales and logistics operations.
