Private Client Account Manager - London

Candidate:
The ideal candidate should be comfortable working within a highly motivated team to exceed the company’s monthly targets. A strong work ethic is necessary and an entrepreneurial mindset is a plus. The candidate will work with our London team and join our private client team reporting into the CEO of Cru Wine.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage a private client portfolio and assist them in sourcing and building a high-quality collection of fine wines and spirits specific to their preferences. We will provide a fantastic book of clients, worth £750k – £1m of annual sales.
- Produce daily targeted and general offers to send to the client list
- Convert incoming leads into new company clients
- Handle e-shop orders and liaise with the operations team
- Ensure the highest level of customer service and communication is always provided
- Work with the marketing team on lead generation, content writing and company client events
- Create business and private client opportunities through networking and initiative
- Represent Cru Wine at internal client facing and external industry tastings and events
Experience and skills required:
- 2-5 years of sales experience is required
- A keen attention to detail with a structured approach to your daily tasks
- Proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs
- Experience in managing private client accounts, including those of HNWIs and UHNWIs
- Highly organised and customer focused with a desire to succeed with a thriving brand
- Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of the fine wine logistics process beneficial
- Excellent verbal and written communication and knowledge of MS Office packages
- Highly motivated
- Proficient in English
- WSET Level 3 or above preferred but not essential
