Prestige On-Trade Sales Associate

Ridgeview, one of England’s leading sparkling wine producers, is entering an exciting growth phase and is looking for a Prestige On-Trade Sales Manager to grow our presence across London’s premium hospitality scene.

This role focuses on building strong relationships with top bars, restaurants and hotels, securing listings, and driving brand advocacy for Ridgeview within the prestige on-trade channel. You’ll represent the brand in some of London’s most influential venues, delivering tastings, training and events while developing long-term commercial partnerships.

Key responsibilities

  • Win new prestige on-trade accounts across London
  • Build strong relationships with venue owners, buyers and sommeliers
  • Drive distribution, visibility and repeat business
  • Deliver tastings, staff training and events
  • Achieve territory sales targets and support commercial negotiations
  • Maintain strong in-venue execution and brand presence
  • Track opportunities and activity through CRM

About you

  • Proven on-trade sales experience in wine or premium drinks
  • Strong network within London hospitality
  • Confident communicator with excellent relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated and comfortable managing a territory independently
  • WSET qualification and event experience desirable
