Operations & Client Services Executive - Fixed Term Contract (12 Months)
Job description
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Operations & Client Services Executive to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term maternity cover contract. This role sits at the heart of our operations and client services function, supporting hospitality partners and private clients.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
– Processing in-bond and duty-paid orders and deliveries across the hospitality sector and private clients
– Liaising with bonded warehouses, including following up on deliveries and resolving any delivery-related issues
– Providing stock landing support to the warehouse and tracking goods into the ERP system
– Managing general stock control, stock takes and reconciliation on the UK warehouse
– Processing sales invoices and sharing documentation with clients
– Liaising with the factoring company, including invoice submission and responding to queries
– Managing all aspects of customer service via email and telephone
– Supporting hospitality-led tastings and private client events
– Managing ad hoc administrative and logistical tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
– Supporting the implementation and testing of the new ERP system
PACKAGE & BENEFITS
– Salary: £30,000 – £32,000 + Pension + BUPA Medical Insurance
– Hours: 37,5 hours per week
– Location: Central London – Office-based role (minimum 4 days per week)

ABOUT YOU
– Excellent attention to detail
– Strong communication skills
– Process-driven and proactive problem solver
– Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas)
– Wine industry and UK bonded warehouse knowledge
– English is required for day-to-day working – French speaking is desirable.
– ERP knowledge (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central preferred)
