The role:

As an Off-Trade Account Manager, you’ll focus on strengthening relationships with key wholesale partners like Parfetts, UWS, and Filshill to grow BBG brand distribution and sales. You’ll collaborate with wholesalers, depot teams, and retailers to drive in-store activation. This role is ideal for someone who excels in relationship-building and understands customer needs.

You’ll also support the sales team’s commercial strategies, monitor brand distribution, and manage a profit & loss (P&L) statement, requiring strong analytical skills and a desire to develop commercial expertise.

 

Location – London.

 

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Drive BBG sales and market share growth within key wholesale partners.
  • Build strong, lasting relationships with customers, depot managers, and retailers.
  • Conduct regular customer visits across the country to engage, audit, and strengthen partnerships.
  • Deliver key commercial metrics, including distribution and volume targets.
  • Own and manage the P&L for two key customers.
  • Support account teams with implementing joint business plans and promotional strategies at the depot level.
  • Assist in cross-functional projects, helping to execute strategies developed by the account and convenience teams.
  • Leverage data sources, including category analysis and industry insights, to shape individual and team performance, ensuring a data-driven approach.
