Marketing Manager - London
Your primary place of work will be our London office, with occasional national travel as required for this role. What You’ll Do
As our new Marketing Manager, you will support as senior strategic brand leader driving growth for Mark Anthony Brands UK (MABUK). This role will focus on developing and evolving a distinct and disruptive drinks portfolio, encompassing Mas+ by Messi and Liquid Refreshing Beverages (LRB). You will also be responsible for crafting both 1-year and 3-year marketing strategies, leading consumer research initiatives, and working closely with the Marketing Director to implement overarching strategic plans in the UK market.
Additional key responsibilities include:
- Develop and execute long-term brand strategies aligned with UK and global priorities, ensuring consistent brand identity and positioning.
- Identify growth opportunities through data-driven insights, recommending innovations, portfolio expansions, and market approaches.
- Lead the planning and execution of annual and quarterly brand plans, including go-to-market strategies and 360-degree campaign alignment.
- Monitor market trends and consumer insights, translating findings into actionable strategies that drive brand equity and performance.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with global teams, sales, trade marketing, and media partners to ensure seamless retail execution and campaign integration.
- Provide leadership to internal teams and agency partners, mentoring junior staff and fostering a culture of creativity and accountability.
- Manage budgets and resources efficiently, tracking the effectiveness of initiatives and reporting results to senior leadership.
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- 6+ years of marketing experience within the FMCG industry, with a proven track record of driving brand growth and campaign execution.
- Strong strategic thinking and leadership skills, with the ability to develop and implement long-term marketing plans.
- Expertise in consumer research and the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Highly organized, with strong project management abilities and a focus on delivering results.
- Experience within the beverage, soft drinks, energy drinks, or hydration category is a must.
