DETAILS OF THE ROLE

We’re now expanding our impact across the Asia-Pacific region — and we’re looking for a dynamic, relationship-driven Market Development Advisor to help us grow, support and elevate our network of Approved Programme Providers.

What You’ll Do

Grow WSET’s presence across APAC
Support, strengthen and expand our APP network, helping course providers deliver exceptional learning experiences.

Champion quality and integrity
Ensure WSET qualifications are consistently delivered with excellence.

Shape market development
Spot opportunities, build partnerships, analyse regional activity and contribute to strategic plans that drive long‑term growth.

Bring our brand to life
Collaborate with our global marketing team and represent WSET at a wide range of industry events and activations.

Support new providers
Guide potential APPs through enquiries, onboarding and implementation — ensuring they thrive from day one.

What We’re Looking For

You are:

• A clear, confident communicator who builds trust quickly
• Dynamic, proactive and adaptable in fast‑moving environments
• Organised and detail‑focused, with strong customer instincts
• Comfortable working across diverse cultures and markets
• Passionate about wine, spirits, beer or sake (WSET Level 2 in any category is required or equivalent familiarity with WSET and/or drinks industry qualifications)
• Experienced with Microsoft 365, CRM and a range of digital systems
• Eligible to work in Hong Kong and able to travel internationally
• Industry experience within the Spirits category is beneficial but not essential.

Salary & Benefits

Salary HK$360,000 – HK$390,000
