About The Role
The Market & Performance Insights Manager plays a key role in enabling One Vinarchy by delivering clear, actionable market and performance insight across the EMEA region.
Reporting to the Head of Category and Insights, this role brings together market, brand, channel and marketing performance data to support insight-led decision making. This role has no direct reports.
Key Responsibilities
- Track category, competitor and portfolio performance across key EMEA markets, identifying risks and growth opportunities
- Deliver marketing, campaign and media performance insight, including ROI and effectiveness evaluation
- Analyse brand and portfolio performance drivers, including rate of sale, penetration and pricing dynamics
- Provide channel and commercial insight to support Revenue Growth Management and customer planning
- Own the relationship with continuous data agencies (e.g. Nielsen), ensuring high-quality, actionable outputs
- Improve clarity, consistency and accessibility of performance reporting and dashboards
Your Experience / Capability
- 3–6+ years’ experience in analytics, category management or continuous data agency environments
- Expert-level experience working with market performance data (e.g. Nielsen, Circana)
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills with the ability to translate insight into clear recommendations
- Expert ability with data & consumer panel platforms. Nielsen or Circana for EPoS are essential. Kantar Worldpanel or Nielsen for Consumer Panel. Optional: DunnHumby, i2C, Quantium – desirable.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint capability; Power BI or other visualisation tools advantageous
- Experience managing research or data agency partners
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, Psychology or a related discipline
