The role:

Join our On-Trade Managed Team as a Key Account Manager, where we embrace dream big, and take ownership of our successes. In this role, you’ll manage key strategic accounts in the UK On-Trade, building and maintaining strong relationships with customer contacts. You’ll be responsible for creating and executing contact strategies, developing compelling commercial proposals, and negotiating to achieve exceptional results. With a focus on customer-centricity, you’ll ensure high standards and discipline in internal processes.

We’re seeking a BBG ambassador with leadership qualities to drive success and embody our culture within this crucial segment of the business.

 

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Manage key customer relationship(s)
  • Negotiate joint business plan.
  • Deliver commercial and performance metrics.
  • Conduct regular business reviews.
  • Take full P&L ownership.
  • Execute annual activation agenda.
  • Increase AB InBev share/sales.
  • Support distribution and volume goals.
  • Analyze data for performance improvement.
