We are seeking a Data Analyst to join our team focusing on marketing and customer data analysis. As a Data Analyst, you will sit in the marketing team and primarily work with Excel and Power BI to extract insights from various datasets, with a particular emphasis on our D2C channels, marketing campaigns and customer behaviour. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a passion for data analysis and a desire to grow in the field.


Data Extraction and Cleaning: Collect, clean, and preprocess marketing and customer data from various sources to ensure data integrity and reliability.

Data Analysis: Analyse marketing campaign performance, customer demographics, and behavioural data to identify trends, patterns, and insights.

Visualization and Reporting: Create interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI to present key findings to stakeholders and management.

Performance Tracking: Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to marketing initiatives and customer engagement, providing regular updates and recommendations for optimization.

Data Interpretation: Interpret data to uncover actionable insights and recommendations for marketing strategies, campaign targeting, and customer segmentation.

Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Ecommerce, Bars, On/Off Trade and Product Development to support data-driven decision-making processes.

Continuous Learning: Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in data analysis and visualization to enhance skills and knowledge.



Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyse, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.

Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data manipulation and analysis. Experience with Power BI or other data visualization tools is a plus. Knowledge of Python, SQL, R would also be useful, but personal preferences to tools or languages is fine.

Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to translate business questions into analytical queries, solve problems, and generate actionable insights.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex findings to non-technical stakeholders.

Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work on multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work within established deadlines.



Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field desirable but not required.

Experience: 1-3 years experience in a data analyst or admin role.

Passion for Data: Demonstratable record of working with data in both a professional and personal capacity no matter how small.
