ABOUT THE ROLE
As the HR Business Partner for our Supply Chain, you will provide strategic HR support to our Production Teams, ensuring that our people remain at the core of everything we do. Drawing on your expertise in HR practices and your in-depth understanding of supply chain operations, you will collaborate closely with senior leadership and line managers to deliver tailored HR solutions that drive a positive workplace culture. In this role, you will oversee all aspects of the employee life cycle ensuring compliance and alignment with organisational values. You will be a candid collaborator, offering open, honest feedback and insights while also acting as an accountability partner to ensure that best practices are followed. Through coaching, support, and guidance, you will help leaders navigate people policies and foster a culture of continuous improvement and accountability

ABOUT YOU
- Candidate Requirements:
- CIPD Level 5 (or equivalent) is preferred.
- MHFA trained or a willingness to undertake training.
- Based in Ellon, with the flexibility to travel to our Hop Hub Site once per month.
Experience and Skills:
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner, particularly within production or operational environments. A strong understanding of the unique challenges in production and manufacturing is essential.
- Demonstrated ability to coach, engage, and influence stakeholders at leadership levels.
- In-depth knowledge of HR processes and Employment Law.
- Proficient in using various HRIS and highly skilled in Microsoft applications, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
