The requirements
- Previous experience in a similar high-end restaurant as an Head Sommelier
- WSET Level 3 or above (desired)
- Sake knowledge/keen interest to learn
- Excellent communication skills
- Great team player
- A keen interest in Japanese cuisine
- Fluent in French (preferred)
- Right to work in France
