The role:

Your role will be to accelerate BBG’s share in the fast-growing Craft, Super, and Ultra-Premium segments by expanding our existing portfolio and defining new innovations that contribute to this goal. You will own the end-to-end execution of key projects, managing the commercial strategy and performance of these brands.

 

Working closely with the Zone Innovation, BU Commercial functions, Finance, Legal, and Supply teams, you will lead and manage stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time and in full. Additionally, you will drive growth for BBG by finding disruptive solutions while minimizing complexity, particularly across Sales, Supply, and Logistics.

 

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Drive sustainable performance across the Craft, Super & Ultra-Premium (SP/UP) portfolio, ensuring consistent tracking and monitoring using tools like Nielsen and Power BI.
  • Collaborate with departments and sales teams to define recommendations, execute strategies, and report progress to the Sales Executive board.
  • Identify and capitalize on incremental opportunities in customers, marketplace, or portfolio strategy to enhance distribution, volume, and sales rate.
  • Act as the commercial manager for innovation sub-brands, defining success KPIs, tracking performance, and suggesting optimizations.
  • Develop and execute commercial launch strategies, including distribution, pack assortment, pricing, and category trends to support sell-in.
  • Manage demand, supply, and material planning to ensure timely and effective product delivery to market.
  • Own brand P&L, particularly focusing on the sales package.
  • Develop and execute 360 trade marketing strategies, working with internal teams and agencies, especially when brand teams are unavailable.
  • Lead the commercial strategy for the innovation brewery, trialing new products, improving profitability, and managing a direct report responsible for demand planning and operational efficiencies.

  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with a proactive and innovative approach.
  • Ability to analyze raw sales data from retailer portals and interpret insights to drive change.
  • Excellent at connecting and leading cross-functional teams to solve complex problems.
  • Resourceful with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Exceptional project management skills and ability to execute in a fast-paced environment.
  • Skilled in multitasking, prioritizing effectively, and meeting deadlines.
  • Strong business acumen, influence, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Previous management experience preferred.
