About the role

The Finance Director EMEA, reporting to the Chief Financial Officer TPB, is responsible for overseeing, managing, and planning financial and commercial activities for Treasury Premium Brands (TPB) across the EMEA region. This role provides financial strategy and support to the regional leadership team, TPB CFO, and Managing Director.

Key responsibilities include delivering commercial and financial assessments and insights to drive business performance, ensuring effective and transparent planning and budgeting, and establishing robust financial governance and controls to meet both short- and long-term business goals. As a senior finance leader in EMEA and part of the global Finance team, the Finance Director will also focus on developing finance talent, enhancing process efficiency, and leading system improvements across the finance function.

Some of the other responsibilities you will have:

  • Direct the regions’ financial administrative activities and operational procedures to ensure the company’s financial records are accurately recorded and reported.
  • Provide financial information and insight to management to ensure a common understanding and alignment; to enable timely and effective decision making and delivery of TWE plans.
  • Provide input into the design, implementation and monitoring of finance and operational systems, ensuring standardisation, resource optimisation and solutions that drive efficiency and enable ease of doing business.
  • Collaborate with teams across OTC, RTR, and P2P to establish and maintain control activities, supporting credit policy, cash flow, investment policies, cost management, audits, contract administration, insurance, and property administration, in alignment with Group policies and procedures
  • Evaluate the financial aspects of proposed acquisitions, investments, mergers or the sale of asset or businesses relevant to the region and make recommendation

 

About you

We are looking for an accomplished finance leader with extensive experience managing large-scale teams across diverse geographies and cultures, ideally within the FMCG sector. They bring strategic vision, strong analytical skills, and the proven ability to lead and develop high-performing finance teams.

  • Established as a senior finance/general manager
  • Proven senior leadership across multiple geographies/cultures and large-scale finance teams
  • Significant experience in commercial/finance functions in FMCG organizations
  • Strong analytical, planning, and project management skills
  • Demonstrated ability to organize, develop, and lead world-class finance teams
  • Demonstrated business acumen, with exposure across a wide range of industries
  • Proven people leadership skills and experience
  • Highly developed written and verbal communication skills
  • Relevant international experience
