What do we want?

We are looking for an experienced Events Manager to join our team to develop, organise and manage our events programme, showcasing our fabulous hotel to its full potential.  You will ensure the customer experience consistently exceeds expectations, ensure events are successful and cost effective by delighting every customer from enquiry stage to the execution of the event.

The ideal candidate will have a strong presence and be able to drive and develop the programme with a ‘hands on’ attitude and will roll out the red carpet to deliver the finest customer experience along with following our hotel processes and procedures daily.

To be successful you will have a true passion and understanding for hospitality and will maintain The Swan’s reputation of excellence by working in line with our values and caring about them as much as we do.
