We are seeking an Ecommerce Assistant to support the migration of our online stores and help for the day-to-day operations of our global ecommerce platforms. This is a temporary role with the potential to transition into a permanent position based on performance and business needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of ecommerce platforms, and excellent attention to detail. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain practical experience in the e-commerce industry!


Key Responsibilities

Helping in setting up the new websites… 

  • Upload and manage product listings on the new platform, ensuring accuracy in product descriptions, images, pricing, and inventory levels.
  • Assist in the migration process, ensuring all product data, customer information, orders, andsettings are accurately transferred.
  • Collaborate with the digital team to troubleshoot any issues that arise during the migration process.
  • Help in documenting processes, procedures, and best practices for ecommerce operations to ensure consistency and efficiency.
  • Support with content and merchandising the new sites in line with best UX and SEO practices.
  • Work with our Product Team on site opportunitiesand A/B testing


…While conducting day to day website management:

  • Key member of the Ecom team, managing daily tasks across our global websites (UK, France, Netherlands, and Spain), aiming to surpass company sales goals through improved onsite performance.
  • Manage product listings and ensure accurate and up-to-date information, including product descriptions, images, and pricing.
  • Use merchandising tools and make necessary adjustments to optimise site performance and user experience.
  • Daily ‘walkthroughs’ of Brewdog websites to ensure immaculate presentation.
  • Identify and fix issues that arise with the website. Raise and manage support tickets with our Product Team.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, logistics, CRM, and customer service, to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
  • Actively contribute ideas and conduct market research to stay ahead of digital trends.



  • Interest about craft beer and the BrewDog brand.
  • 1+ years’ experience of working in an ecommerce environment or similar and within an established brand. Ecommerce CMS experience is essential (such as Magento, Shopify, Big Commerce…)
  • Self-motivated & collaborative team player with a positive ‘can do’ attitude.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities. Comfortable working towards regular deadlines and meeting them.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an ability to communicate at all stakeholder levels.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate insights. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and GA4 is a plus.
  • Familiarity with basic HTML and CSS is a plus.
  • Product management interest and/or experience is a plus.
  • Ability to show initiative and enthusiasm for constantly improving processes.
  • Passion for e-commerce trends and industry developments.
  • Adaptable and flexible with a positive attitude towards learning and taking on new challenges.
