Role Overview:

• Develop and manage a comprehensive cocktail database within Starchef, including costings, recipes, specifications, and product images.
• Create and test new drinks to ensure they meet taste profiles and service requirements.
• Collaborate with suppliers and commercial teams to explore and develop new products.
• Develop market-leading cocktails and drink menus with complete support materials.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven knowledge and passion for spirits and cocktails with experience in recipe creation.
• Strong commercial awareness and bartending or bar management experience in a cocktail-focused environment.
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to work independently.

• Excellent multi-project management and problem-solving skills.
• Able to present and influence at all levels.

Experience Required:

• Extensive and significant experience in drink development within another multi site hospitality environment
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Office applications.
