Alongside our Lockwood Brewery in Tottenham Hale and our micro-brewery at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium we have the capacity to brew a staggering 90 million pints a year.

The Role
Fancy joining an innovative company where you’ll play a vital role in planning, buying and evaluating our digital media spaces for the promotion of the brand and our products?

As an experienced Digital Media Buyer, you’ll be expected to innovate within the space and to maximise the opportunity of how to use the media space with the creative.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Shape Beavertown’s full digital media buying plan to effectively reach our target audience with key brand and product marketing campaigns
  • Plan and buy digital media across the full funnel – from broadcast platforms through to retail media
  • Leverage your creativity and innovation mindset to maximise insights and the creative opportunity
  • Conduct thorough research on target demographics and media channels to optimise ad placements
  • Stay informed about changes in ad platforms, algorithms, and regulations that impact media buying
  • Purchase the agreed media plan across various digital platforms – negotiating ad placements and securing favourable deals
  • Optimise, test and monitor media performance and budget allocations vs. planned metrics to ensure maximum ROl for campaigns
  • Conduct in-depth research to identify audience demographics, market trends, and competitor activities
  • Prepare and present weekly performance reports, showcasing campaign effectiveness
  • Manage financial admin with our media agency, raising IOs and POs as needed
  • Successfully partner with internal and external teams to align media buying strategies with overall marketing goals

What You’ll Bring To Us

  • Experience working as a Digital Media Buyer– either agency side or client-side where you have been the media owner
  • Strong experience negotiating and buying media from broadcast platforms through to retail media
  • Full understanding of digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, DV360, Snap etc.
  • Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and other digital marketing tactics
  • Expert knowledge and use of media buying tools and technologies
  • Previous experience managing full funnel digital media campaigns
  • Passionate about digital marketing – executing successful campaigns and building famous brands.
  • Previous experience delivering highly creative and memorable digital media campaigns
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on results and ROl
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong organisation and time management
  • Digital partnerships and Retail Media experience desirable
