This is a 12-month contract role and weekend work is required on a rotational basis.
Your Purpose
As the Customer Service Co-Ordinator, you will be responsible for delivering a consistent level of service to MCBC Off Trade / Western European customers. You will be responsible for the execution of the Logistics Customer Relationship Strategy to deliver service in line with MCBC’s First Choice for Customers and Consumers strategy. You will be a first line point of contact for these customers so strong customer service skills are required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all Off Trade/Export Customer Service and order capture. Ensuring all customer distribution routes to market are efficiently planned to minimize cost to MCBC whilst still meeting customer needs
- Timely resolution of invoice queries raised to minimize MCBC’s debt at risk.
- Build external and internal customer relationships; take accountability for the weekly preparation and reporting of all service scores. Ownership of service updates to relevant internal and external stakeholders
- Liaise with Customer Collaboration Leads and Demand Planners in relation to abnormal demand requests.
About You
- We are looking for a proactive and experienced Customer Coordinator who has:
- Previous experience in a customer service role
- Excellent customer service skills
- Experience within the beverage or FMCG industry is desirable but no essential
- Ability to be flexible and work weekends on a rotational basis
