The role:
This role is based in Dublin, Ireland. The key aim of this role is to lead the commercial strategy for the On & Off Trade channels in the Irish Market, leading the Category Management and Trade Marketing agendas.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Track and analyze historical category performance, BBG performance, and competitor trends.
- Forecast category and BBG future performance to inform strategic planning.
- Develop and maintain key market databases, establishing routines and education platforms for stakeholders.
- Support portfolio strategy, assisting internal (Irish team) and external (retailers) partners with key cluster, range, and planogram discussions.
- Provide insights on market dynamics and potential impacts on BBG and the category.
- Contribute to strategic projects, including merchandising KPIs, key selling moments, space optimization, and innovation strategy.
- Participate in 1YP processes, shaping channel strategies and supporting FP&A with financial planning.
- Collaborate with Brand and Irish teams to design and execute a brand game plan aligned with key selling moments.
- Secure retailer and on-trade partner commitments, actively participating in JBP processes.
- Lead and mentor a Trade Marketing Executive while managing budget controls and optimizing campaign execution.
