As Business Development Manager, you will take the lead in expanding Jascots’ market share within London and the South East, working to build strong connections with premium on-trade buyers. Handling a broad portfolio of wines, you’ll ensure each partnership reflects the value and quality of our products, identifying opportunities to grow existing accounts and win new business.

Key Responsibilities of the Business Development Manager:
- Build and nurture relationships with on-trade buyers and those influential industry contacts.
- Develop a pipeline of new business prospects, drawing on your extensive knowledge of the on-trade and wine industry.
- Create and deliver compelling commercial proposals for prospective clients.
- Negotiate and formalise commercial terms and agreements.
- Monitor and manage pricing, maintaining profitable customer partnerships.
- Achieve budgeted sales volumes and margin targets on our core brands.
Skills & Experience:
- Proven success in opening new business opportunities within London’s on-trade market.
- Extensive network of trade contacts, coupled with a solid understanding of wine.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage credibly and enthusiastically.
- Willingness to travel domestically and occasionally internationally.
- Record of achieving sales targets and a collaborative approach to teamwork.
- Commercially astute with a strong awareness of market dynamics.
